How do you repair your shattered shell?
When you have tried and tried, bent over backwards and they still dont see you for whom you are...time and time again they rip your very breathe from you just to leave the gaping wound to show they were once there. How do you turn off the love you have for them? When it is clear that you were never more then a mere plaything for their time and ticks, Where as it was your soul that you intertwined with what you thought was theirs, the lives of a family you foresaw has come to ruin and you still can't bring yourself to hate them for your love was given freely without condition or hesitation....Leaving you a shell of the you, you once and never more will be!

Well you cant turn the love off Im afraid, there are several ways to stop the pain, such as making yourself busier so your mind is more occupied on something else, perhaps try healing baths, which I do at least once a week, if you need guidelines, then please feel free to ask. I know the pain you speak of, I felt it once, and still occasionally do, it is something that will never leave you until you find another love, but the love will never be the same because you will subconciously have barriers up. I suggest you meditate, and relax yourself then figure out your next move and how to cope with the problem at hand without resulting to ruining who you are as a person or that you may find you will regret in the future.
