Every time you purposely offer your breath into your heart it is a divine opening to Archangel Raphael and the legions of healing angels to help you in your spiritual practices and in your life. Simply breathing into your heart purposefully is an action that awakens this connection.
Whenever you are moved to tears by sweetness or beauty in your world, it is an opening into the realm of Archangel Raphael. Whenever your heart is in pain from the suffering of the world it is an opening into the realms of Archangel Raphael.
Whenever you touch your heart and breathe into this center you are connected to the realms of Archangel Raphael.
Call on this blessing to help you see new levels of Truth. Open to Love in all that you do and say. Allow yourself to soften so you can just BE love. Be the Breath. Be the Hope. Be the connection. Be the Love.
Divine Presence,
Thank you for holding me and blessing me with your Love. I AM now opening my receiving channels so I can fill my heart so full of your Love that it overflows into the hearts of all humanity.
May I become more aware that your Love is always with me, guiding me and protecting me, even when I am not paying attention. With every step I take may I, and all beings, know truly within the heart that we are not alone and that Love always exists for us. And so it is.
With these simple truths let a new level of opening come to you that expands your divine heart and allows the strength of Divine Love to empower you. There is no more powerful force in the Universe than Divine Love. As you strengthen your connection to your Heart Chakra, it acts as a radiant self-generating force that gets stronger with use.
The energy of loving prayer and blessings strengthens the link all people share — oneness with God. When more people send love, blessings and prayers toward others, the very vibration of the planet is increased. An increase in vibration stimulates more Love and Light.
Harmony, Peace and more Love are then generated.

Remember to breathe into the area behind your heart as well so this part of your body also feel the force of Divine Love empowering your life. The area behind your heart has developed an armor to protect you from the fearful imaginings of your most innocent child self. The part of you that acts as a guardian for your soul’s essence has covered this area with a field that was intended to protect your heart from attacks on many levels.
As you take down the armor and let the Breath of God bring healing into that area, more of life can support you. It allows an opening for the attraction of the people and energetic flow that activates Divine Grace.
Imagine this armor behind your heart and allow it to soften into a magical angelic cape that you can wrap around you to bring comfort. The realization that you are truly not alone works in your consciousness further softening your heart. As you take down this armor it will empower your life in surprising ways. You will know truly deep within your heart that you are always wrapped in Wings of Pure Love.

Blossom Goodchild: Many are wanting to know what you have to say about the current situation as it stands, on our Planet at this time. Thank you.
Federation of Light (FOL): Welcome Blossom and All that are experiencing the most amazing, exciting times that you will have ever encountered in your existence throughout many life times.
We ask that you Rejoice. For that which we have talked with you about … is finally here. For so long, with respect, you have asked for this, and now it is here … one is wondering how on Earth to get through it.
Yet, Each One … Each One of you KNOWS how … for you have prepared your Being … your Energies for this, throughout all this time that you had to wait.
Blossom Goodchild: To be honest, I felt you may not have anything new to say because you have been preparing us for so long. I guess, not one assumed that it would ‘play out’ in this fashion.
FOL: And not one assumed that they would feel the way they do about it.
Do you recall how we said you would have to ‘Hold on to your hats’ and remain in your Light? How you would have to ‘gently’ allow your knowledge to seep through to those that felt lost and afraid? How the media would fill your minds with untruths to keep you in a place of fear?
Dearest souls … are you reading between the ‘headlines’? Are you picking up on the fact that this virus that is supposedly sweeping through your countries is a disguise for all that is taking place on a completely different level, so that those who are now being ‘uncovered’ are hiding under the charade in order for mass panic of a different discovery, not to take place?
Blossom Goodchild: So, a big question to ask I know, yet … who concocted this virus … The goodies or the baddies?
We would say the baddies. Yet, due to Divine planning it is doing that which it was designed to do in order for your world to make its transition. For as you know, Earth cannot possibly rise in the state that it was/is in.
Therefore, we would not say ‘their plan’ has backfired … we would say from the good guys point of view, it is ‘playing itself out’ perfectly.
Blossom Goodchild: Some would obviously argue due to the pandemonium and deaths, and the absolute downfall that I feel will bring our world to a standstill.
FOL: From our position there is no argument to be had. We are not of the arguing Vibration. We simply state what is.
We have told you that your world will become Topsy Turvy, yet far more so than now.
In order for change to take place … many things must come to a halt as opposed to a ‘ticking over’.
Much disruption must be endured by everyone on many, many levels, due to the need and necessary adjustments to take their place in this Game.
Yes. It will get much more serious. Yet, the ‘illness’ will subside, yet, not be forgotten in the ‘Once upon a time’ story.
It is an ingenious plan. It could not be otherwise.
Those whose lives have been taken to another Vibration had agreed for this to happen. There are no mistakes. Just as the many thousands of lives that are taken daily through other means. No mistake. An agreement of knowing their ‘time’ upon your Planet has served them and they now shall have other opportunities elsewhere.
Blossom Goodchild: So many are in fear though, not just of catching the virus, yet, their business and jobs … savings, EVERYTHING is …
Topsy Turvy!
Our words of advice to those who ‘know’ … those who ‘knew’ … is to remain in your Light at all times.
The strength of that Light shall ripple out and find those who are in most need. Those that shall benefit from it greatly/most.
No one shall starve because there is food in abundance and as you are already aware, there is an Awakening taking place in so many, as they offer kindnesses that they would not ‘normally’ have considered.
Blossom Goodchild: And finances?
FOL: WILL CHANGE.
What one must carefully consider, is that in order for this Divine transformation to shine its Light, it cannot possibly continue in the way that it has been functioning. For within that functioning is so much corruption and greed and misleading information.
In order for ‘fairness’ and ‘equal rights’ financially and otherwise to ‘resume’ … the dominoes have to fall.
THIS IS WHY YOU ARE HERE … REMEMBER?
YOU … THE STRONGEST OF THE STRONG.

Blossom Goodchild: When you say ‘resume’ … is that the right word?
FOL: Indeed. For your Planet did not begin in this way.
IT IS NOW TIME FOR EVERYONE LIVING FROM THEIR HEART SPACE TO BE THE WAY OF LIFE.
This of course, as we have said, will not and cannot take place over night.
Many of you are aware of many who are suspicious, although they have no knowledge of the underlying cause. You see, already the Light is shining through.
Yet, Dearest Souls … take into account the fear that is spreading because of the media. Take into account also, that things have to get a lot more ‘delicate’ in order for changes.
KEEP YOUR SPIRIT HIGH.
For those that cannot ‘get through’ to the fearful … then send your Light through the ethers. To One … to All.
Send your Light. Let it be a constant stream, a flow of Goodness and Hope and Strength.
Blossom Goodchild: A great thing is the humour! Many ‘Light players’ are doing a great job in that department.
FOL: Because that is ‘their’ assignment. To Lighten up the dark.
LAUGHTER IS THE GREATEST HEALER OF ALL.
So, continue to find Laughter daily, as often as possible.
That which is to come is far more ‘Threatening’ than this that is taking place now.
Blossom Goodchild: Sounds ominous!
FOL: Yet … Truthful.
Blossom Goodchild: Any inkling of a hint of the tiniest guidance on that ‘threatening’ behaviour that is to come?
FOL: No.
Blossom Goodchild:I knew you were to say that. Yet, if you don’t ask you don’t get. Mmm! I asked and didn’t get.
FOL: Let us state Blossom … that when a seed is planted, depending on how it is nurtured and watered, there is no knowing of how that seed will grow. The length of time, the direction in which the flowers will bloom, the number of petals on each flower or indeed, how many flowers.
Therefore, would we say … the seed has been planted. It has sprouted … now, as it is watered, we will see which direction it shall take.
Blossom Goodchild: So, are you saying, depending on how WE water it, it will take a different course?
FOL: We are saying that it is being watered continually … Your job is to remove the thorns.
THERE IS TO BE NO STOPPING OF THE GROWTH OF THIS DIVINE PLAN.
THIS IS A TRUTH.
IT CANNOT AND WILL NOT FAIL.
What we are saying, is that it shall offer many possibilities as to which way the wind blows.
We are not predictors … no – one is. For it is the thoughts of the masses that bring about the change.
THIS IS TAKING PLACE NOW … BECAUSE IT HAS TOO.
Because there is enough Light anchored to ‘see it through’ and to ‘see through it’.
FOCUS AND PROJECT ON THE WORLD THAT IS TO COME.
IT IS SO EXCITING. IT IS IMMINENT.
Blossom Goodchild: With respect … I imagine your ‘imminent’ is like your ‘soon’. So, best we just go with the flow.
FOL: Certainly.
Courage and strength are Being sent to you All as everything falls into place.
Blossom Goodchild: Just to go back a bit … you say the virus will die out?
FOL: Yes. Without question.
Blossom Goodchild: Will the fear die out?
FOL: Through Light, yes, eventually.
Yet … THIS IS YOUR TASK. YOU KNOW THIS.
THAT YOU ARE HERE TO BE YOUR LIGHT.
GENTLY EXPLAIN TO SOULS OF THE BEST MEDICINE EVER …
TO FEEL IN THEIR HEART …
I AM THE LIGHT. I AM THE LOVE. I AM.
So many more will ‘try it’ because they don’t know what else to do … where else to turn.
So many souls, as they do so, will find their hearts Vibrating on a different level. They will notice the medicine working. The fear will leave them and a new strength will enter in.
Soul’s Being’s will open up to that new understanding. For eventually, it will be the only way through.
The Light within each one will be the ‘way to get through this’. Even to those who you may consider the most unlikely candidates will surprise you and themselves.
Remember how we have said that throughout all this turmoil as you live in ‘Topsy Turvy’ land, there will be given to you ‘Joys of Light’ that will uplift and strengthen?
HOPE WILL COME.
Yet, many moons ago we said that we prefer to use the word ‘Know’ instead of Hope.
SO, DEAREST SOULS … KNOW THAT THE CHANGE IS HAPPENING AND WITHIN/AMONGST ALL THE UPHEAVAL AND DEVASTATION AND ‘GRINDING TO A HALT’ THERE IS THE BIGGEST, BRIGHTEST LIGHT OF LOVE AND PEACE THAT IS TO COME AND FILL YOUR HEARTS WITH THE REMEMBERANCE OF THAT WHICH YOU ARE.
And … when THIS occurs … that which you are experiencing now and are to experience in that future now … will give understanding as to why this ‘experience’ of the walls tumbling down HAD to take its place in the Grand Scheme of things.
REMEMBER … FEEL … KNOW … that there are multitudes of Light Beings surrounding your Planet at this time. Remaining in strength as they ‘play their part’ in this MIGHTY, MIRACULOUS Transformation.
IT IS NOW.
ALL THAT YOU HAVE WAITED FOR … ALL THE IMPATIENCE AND TIREDNESS AND LOSING OF HOPE/KNOWING ABOUT THE ‘WHY’ OF YOU BEING HERE … AND THE ‘WHEN’ OF SEEING IT THROUGH … IS HAPPENNING NOW.
Dearest Ones … HANG ON TO YOUR HATS … PUT FLOWERS IN THEIR BRIM. Tie them tightly under your chins in the ABSOLUTE KNOWING that the gates have opened and it is time to walk through into the fields of a new Vibrational Earth.

Realize, friends - everything that is happening now is happening FOR US. It's always that way. It's always furthering us, helping us to become who we've asked to be, and yet, it called forth great strength from me and a willingness to focus more deliberately and to claim my powers, more fully. I think that is really happening now for a lot of us - do you agree?
In my coaching/guidance work and in private channeled sessions I see a theme emerging: people want to fulfill their lives and to be free, authentic, abundant and confident. This is how we ought to feel. And can. When we learn to tap our inner resources, we can be the person we dream of, live the life that calls to us, and find we have capacities we didn't even know would be the way, to bring all of that about. Capacities in consciousness. Everything, beloved one - is about our state of consciousness.

Divine Ones -
We greet you in love. It is I, Archangel Michael. I am very happy to be with you in this way, at this time, in your heart-space, that aspect of your field of embodiment which is activated by your inner focus, your openness to the higher realms of being, the realms of infinite light and love.
We love you so much.
We are here for you and with you always.
When you open to us, you empower us to come forth more fully in your realm, in your life, in your awareness.
We are here to support you, to guide you, to assist you. We are here to remind you of who you truly are and how you can access that vaster wholeness that is your true Self, while embodied here. So that you might expand. So that you might remember your true capacities and so that you might grow, evolve and live with joy.
This is always the case, even when the world feels disrupted to you. There is always a pathway within you, for you to receive that which you need. There is always the capacity within you to nourish you, to meet your needs in every way. The answer, beloveds, is always within you.
The world is changing. You know this. Many old patterns and thought-forms are being opened up and more clear and true perspectives becoming visible and known. Many of you feel these shifts within you as you remember the truth of Being.
When you encounter more uplifted, expanded thought-forms, thought-forms which transmit higher consciousness, and which affirm the REAL YOU, you feel them with joy, with recognition, with a sense of "Yes, of course it's like that!" and you KNOW who you truly are and how it is.
One of the biggest shifts taking place in the world right now is the opening, deepening and expansion of knowing regarding the inner realm of focus. Human beings are awakening to their true nature and as they do, beginning to orient inward.
As you do this, your center changes in life and you begin to find that you can create what you want through connecting within you. You become aware of your true Source and the Self that is beyond this realm yet is very real and alive within you.
Now is a time of great contrast and change. The Corona virus, the earth changes, the political tension, and the personal challenges you are feeling because of these outer experiences are all very challenging if you are not centered and calm. Yet you can feel centered and calm, relaxed and well even with the outer world's forms and activities.
This is not about denying the situations in your life and your world, it is about participating in them while centered in a deeper, more uplifted connection to who you truly are.
Outer experiences are always opportunities to be deliberate in your focus and in the way you create your energy.
This moment, like any, can be used beautifully to deepen your relationship with your innermost self. To go within and ask your own vaster self to come forth and assist you. There are many angels, beings of light, and star beings here wanting to help you. We compliment your own vaster wholeness and come when you call. Yet you must ask in order for us to help.
The more you develop and cultivate your inner connections, the more you will find them to feel reliable, real and comforting to you in times of stress and change.
We want you to learn that you are naturally predisposed to go within and that you have all you need to do so, no matter where you find yourself. It only takes a moment to pause, close your eyes and breathe. To intend to center and open to your Soul, your Divine Self, to call upon those fields - the YOU that is non-physical - and ask for love, support, energy, understanding, guidance and help. Then to allow yourself to receive, by simply being silent, pausing and breathing, allowing energy and gifts to be given.
You are always receiving, whenever you ask. Learn to be silent so you can feel the way you and your Divine Self co-create. Learn to sense the energy coming in and to feel a sense of completion when you have received.
Know that even if you do not feel very much, all that you are is always here for you, and always comes when asked. It will always give to you the energy and awareness that best serves you in the present.
You can simply say, "Soul, Divine Self, All that I Am," or whatever words feel best to you, "Please give me what I need to thrive right now, to feel connected, clear, relaxed and capable."
You can ask for and receive whatever you want and need. You are loved and adored and Life is here for you. Learn to go to the Inner Store, where the supplies never run out! (Smile) and the store that is made for you, alone - your Soul is here for you, and there is a personal and direct connection for you, that can help in any way at any time.
Gifts from your own wholeness will always be given in energy, awareness, clarity, guidance. You may feel it right away, or it may come forth later. Dare to believe that you have be answered and let yourself feel a sense of relief and relaxation. Then do all you can to continue to feel relaxed, to feel positive - these things help you be receptive to inspiration so you can feel what actions to take and when they will flow naturally.
The more you go within regularly and ask your own wholeness to teach you how to co-create, the more this inner connection will feel alive to you and reliable as a way to navigate your life, access clarity and the awareness that helps you to magnetize and allow new and better experiences to come about.
As you create a supportive environment in your life, in the way you live, so that your own wholeness can unfold within you, as consciousness, you will notice you feel more supported, more loved, more at peace and more joyful.
We are here to support you! We join your own vastness in answering your calls for more life, more joy, more understanding, more love, more wisdom, more of whatever you want to have and experience. You do not need to earn these things, only ask.
We see you already as worthy of anything you want. We open and offer to you, when asked, the energy and awareness that will expand, refine, clarify, uplift, enrich and order your awareness. Over time your own consciousness will begin to reflect your own vaster self and the Divine Will - the higher expression of your life and being.
You will become more clear, stable, centered, peaceful, abundant, joyful and feel free and connected. You will be able to stay in these states more consistently and when this occurs, life can change quickly and significantly.
This is a path of light and joy. A path of expansion and openness, and one in which you can grow in your ability to receive.
Use this moment, today, this time, and all challenges in life to consider how you want to focus, where you want to turn for guidance and understanding, how you want to create your life. And, if you wish to live in higher states of consciousness, build those inner pathways of connection, communication, invitation and devotion. Doing so will increase your sense of aliveness and well-being and open you to the power of your own innermost being - the true Self that is All.
Open to the love that is here for you. Feel the connection between us now, for it is flowing with love and appreciation for you - for your presence, your beauty, your expressive creativity and your immense and powerful capacity to live a life of freedom and joy, love and ease.
Feel the expressions of love that are in fact, all around you, reflecting back to you this beauty that shines forth from you, with deep appreciation and knowing.
All of life knows you, beloved one and sees you.
Open to this vaster truth and realize the possibilities of your life now.
We invite you to discover a new wisdom, a new strength and a new level of belief in your inner resources. Your skill at living in this inner connection of infinite love and light is growing every day.
You will remember more and more often who you truly are and focus here, with access and consciousness reflecting the real you. This abundance is yours.
Invite your own vastness to give to you - empower your own wholeness to infuse your life with everything you want and need. Know yourself as deeply resourced and abundantly loved. Grow into this sense of Self, now.
