no i dont i guess that would make sense sometimes i would give up other times i fought hard it was just a freeky dreem

Ok @ Lena not to state the obvious but your dream is about fertility. The boy/man would be the god/Cernnunos/Herne etc. The traditional festival that time of year would involve a sacrifice of ahem a sexual nature. It's the ushering in of a new year the fertile season the god courts the goddess yada yada yada. The question is would you give up when the chase ended? The chase is part of the ritual obviously if he doesn't win the harvest at the end of the year goes bad. Btw do you have a dream in autumn where he dies?

omg i have visions of the future one in paricular that happens evry year around my b-day a bunny comes to my door with a flower in a flower pot i come to the door and  i look older then the bunny turns to a black haired boy who also looks older every year holding a knife instead of a flower he says marry me every time i say no and he chases me around a circular room until he corners me then i wake up in a deep sweat....

@Todd. In mine usually the deadly force is coming to get me not right next to me. Then when it's just about to get me I either force the dream to change or wake up.

Has anyone ever had a dream where they awoke only to be absolutely convinced a deadly type of force, or animal was lying next to them and ready to pounce at any movement. This has happened to me a couple of times. I just fell back asleep, woke up, and that absolute presence was gone.

@ Eryson: I don't like to give a spiritual dream interpretation without details or foreknowlege of the general feeling of the dream or what your perception is. Since it's your dream and you think it has to do with your "path" then it does. Perception is reality.

Anyone who has even meditated once may have noticed that our minds have "keys" to the astral realm. The more we use the doorways the more in tune our conscious mind becomes with what is going on around us on all levels and planes. And dreaming becomes a tool more than simple entertainment or indicators of mundane issues. I did once have a dream that came in vignette form but it only lasted for one night. I must have awoken like 5 or 6 times and each time I begged Apollo not to send me back. But sure enough when I fell asleep I picked up right where I left off. And now in hindsight it's a good thing too since in the dream I crossed a threshold that I couldn't return from without understanding the meaning of the dream. In my dream a wise woman even told me "It's not over yet bud." In the end I realized why I was there and the lesson of the whole thing. I've never had past life visions that I know of but here's my point. Dreams can have a multitude of purposes. We can all agree here that dreams help our psyche to sort out mundane issues so that our spirit or 'mental body' can relate to our physical interpretations of our surroundings, right? And that's where Freud pretty much stopped. But dreams also take us to places not on this plane. In my dream work this has happened on more than one occasion. At least once that I know of I was pulled into someone else' dream for the purpose of helping them through a traumatic incident. Armed with my own personal experience I can say Eryson may be using past life experiences to connect her spiritual body on different planes. Remember that we're in a multiverse, not just planet Earth. Using the astral plane can take us whereever we want to go.

becky: yes, very true you have points there. but if i say that it has something to do with my path, i think it's not what you meant on the recent post. i know and analyzed some those parts. considering it has something to do with my path, or how i should put this, my supernatural experiences is a big deal to begin with, of course it has something to do with our subconcious mind. since dreams work in another aspect or many ways. and yes, it happened during a period of where i got more stress, and no, it also happened when i'm also in a period of good moods. well, that i think i have to share other dreams or what.

In general psychological terms a person in your dreams is normally an aspect of your personality. so if you know the woman in the dream does she evoke a certain feeling? The war would reflect a conflict you are having in the waking world.the medieval magic setting may be asthetic or it may be that you are at the end of your rope and need a "divine intervention" of sorts. The fact that it is happening in episodes leeds me to believe you are under a large amount of stress or at a very pivotal point in your life and the conflict isn't being resolved.

i'll share some dream of mine. but first, i ask to be open about this. i'll be short on the details. there's this dream where there are like medieval times but there are magik or spiritual based arts are being used. instead of technology, that "arts" are more popular. anyway, there's this kind of maiden-guardian thing in that dream, there';s this war goin on that dream. to put it simply, there are wars and that maiden or person is being hunted down. that's it for now. but the reason i shared that dream, it comes in episodes or it follows another random event, sometimes feels like day dreaming. then i've met another group of people who has the other parts of that dream. well, it's not much to give an issue, since dreams are so vast. i have other dreams needs opinions. but that's it for now
