How do you perform your ritual?

I'm a beginner. Previously I picked up books out of interest. When I was in the military I met some Wiccan's who performed ceremonies and some minor 'magic' where I witnessed some really interesting energy-transfer. I'm just getting back into grounding myself, as well as getting a feel for energy balls. I also have an ability to see events right before they're about to happen. one incident saved my life regarding a car accident where I almost died.
