Now... lesson #1: Casting the ring of protection
You'll need this for any spell, reading, channelling, well...for everything pertaining to the craft.
Before you begin any ritual or ceremony you'll need to cast this. repeat it 3 times.
ring of protection

Now during this spell it's not a bad idea to be burning a white candle. You don't have to but it doesn't hurt.
Lesson #2 Using black salt
to protect a bedroom: place a small amount around each of the 4 corners of the bed(by each leg is fine) and under the bed. Leave it there while you sleep. Replace the salt every few days. Dispose of the used salt in a garbage can that's off of your property. Don't want it getting back in.
objects given to you or even bought carry old energy.The black salt can be used to clear the old energy.
Place the object on a dish and circle it with black salt. Leave it for 24 hours, then discard of the salt OFF the property. This technique is really useful for things given to you by enemies.(even if you were friends when you recieved it)
To protect your property from a bad neighbor: Sprinkle a thin line of black salt between your property and the property of the difficult neighbor.Sprinkle additional salt every few weeks to keep the strongest protection.
Protection is a must in the craft. Crystal quart are great for protection whether worn, set up in a room( near a door or window) or on your alter.
I really need to know if your confident about setting up your altar. If not, I'll have a lesson on that ready for you tomarrow. I hope you understand that i can't teach you everything in just a few days. I've studied for a year and still don't know all that i should know. So if we're gonna do this I need you to understand that it's a long term thing. I'm up for it, just be sure that you are.
