HEX is pissed off

Ok. I signed up for this craft fair in town..

It was marketed as a CRAFT fair... you know.. items MADE by people...

BUT... THREE OUT OF FIVE vendors there has pre-fabricated SHIT! Like knock-off purses, cheap-ass jewely they bought wholesale, stupid towels that they are reselling. This took away from the people who actually DID slave for MONTHS to make all their items! TOTALLY UNFAIR. I sai there for SIX hours and got no sales and I KNOW my items are high quality and great designs.

Absolute bullshit.

We have craft fairs here and in nearby cities all the time. Most items are self made... but not all. My sister makes home made quilts that she sells at some of them, but some craft fairs have in their contracts that the items have to be homemade, while others just say new items never used that kind of thing. She has gotten good at spotting which ones she enters and doesn't. It pays to read the fine print when you buy a booth. What do you make?

We don't seem to get very many of them in these parts any more. Maybe you could contact the people who set up the fair. Might do some good, but I suspect their main goal is making money.
