Time for step 2

now all you will be able to see is black.
Now as big and bold as day in bright white cartoon numbers, count from 100 to 1.

I want you to
see and say these numbers take your time.
When you have gotten to one, you shall see a house, it can be any color but, we don't need it to be for our journey.
Go back, go deeper if the house is not white, counting 0 minus 1 to 100
Once you are in front of this white house go inside, find the movie theater either up stairs or down stairs.
like the movie stir of echos the theater will be empty sit in the front seat.
there will see your candle lit in the middle of the screen
See the flame feel the warmth, be the flame, as it surrounds you feel at peace.
when your ready you will step from the flame, in another space place and time.
look around you'll be either inside or out side,
find a guide, find the people, find the scared place of worship, ask the year, ask why this lifetime is the one being shown.
then when you are ready, say your name, tell yourself the date
where you are, the name our parents give us each lifetime tells the soul where we are in its journey.
