Thats fine. College students can 'modify' their alters to stay within the rules of their schools.

About our altar "challenge" I'm a college student and live in a dorm room. I have made a sort of dedication for Nyx on my computer, can I post a picture of that?

Nyx's mother is actually Chaos.

Nyx came from Chaos and was one of the primordial dieties. I hope this helps Ashfox!

My deity (well, a lesser deity) is Nemesis.
But I've done a some reading about Nyx. Anyone have opinions to whom her Mother is? There's a lot to be said against Zeus and his incestuous proclivities.
I wish there was more literature on Nyx, but the literature is sparse at best.
