How do I chose a Goddess?

I have been studying Wicca for about 5 months now. I am trying to learn everything I can and also collecting or making my tools, slowly gathering as much as I can before I actually dive into the rituals. I guess I would consider myself a solitary practitioner. I have read a number of books and looked at several web sites. The only thing I am missing is actually talking to someone. I do not know anyone who is Wiccan so I'm kinda alone on this. My husband supports my decision on this change, which is a good thing.
One of my problems is knowing how to chose a Goddess and God. I have been researching them all hoping that I will feel that pull to one. There is so much information out there that it's hard to keep up with it all. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hera, Inanna, and Artemis......these 3 have the most pull to me. But I believe that it is Inanna that has has the strongest pull. Thank you all for your input...it has been most helpful.

Comment by Kodi Jimenez on January 28, 2010 at 10:17am: Well Jessica, I'm not entirely familiar with you, but just the fact that you are forthright with your convictions, a strong woman, and willing to put yourself out there just kind of pulls me in the direction of perhaps Hera as a Goddess for you. Do some in depth research into her and if you still do not feel comfortable with it then try Artemis (Diana) and see how that goes.
