Starting over

As a child I was brought up in a very strict Juedo Christian household. As I got older I realized that in fact I didn't believe in the teachings of my childhood and wanted to find a religion that accepted me and that made me feel comfortable. I just recently decided to give Unitarian Universalism a try, seeing how it suited my interests. I started on this site to fine people who had similar interests, who could help me find out more about my beliefs and beliefs of those who also chose this religion. I'm open to all peoples and treat people with the respect, as its the way I wish to be treated. I'm not sure the basis of the neopaganism beliefs (not sure if its considered a religion and I don't wish to offend), but am willing to learn. I would definitely like to become more in tune with my body, others, and the world around me.
