General idea for this forum...

Hi Newbies and Advisors!

So glad you made it here. Thanks for joining both this group and the community. Ask for what you are seeking and another might help you find it.
Feel free to start a discussion or post comments on the wall (like many so far, thanks)...
That's the idea anyway!
This group is very loosely administered... It's more a point of connection for new community members looking to meet others. New members may or may not be new to the concept of Paganism etc.

Express yourself!

Hugs,
Rebecca

Thanks for the latest comments everyone... I'm thinking this group needs a 'live chat' event... Any thoughts - email me... I can set it up if there is enough interest...

Alot of materials  and time is not needed as with a bit of thought and some imagination a lot can be acomplished with less.  The key is knowledge and passion.  Starting to learn is the first steps and always the hardest.  Flexability is the key so try it - have fun and remember that its a choice not a chore.

Hii. names Rowan, and im very new to all of this. all my life ive been looking for a religion that actually made sence to me. i started browsing and came along a website that explained alot about the Wicca religion. i was awe struck. i began to think hard and long and decided that maybe it was right for me. Growing up in a household that was nothing but Christian made me feel like the odd one out. everyone was so devoted to the christian faith. but i saw flaws that no one else did. and when i began to bring them up, i was shunned. i believe that things happen for a reason, and now i know why. so if anyone could help me out and teach me to be more involved with my faith would be apreciated.

blessed be. - Rowan.

Merry meet. I am in a way new to Wicca. I have practiced before about 11 years ago, and have recently decided that Wicca was right for me. As I am still new to all this, I would welcome any suggestions on where to start. Than you

Blessed be

Nothing like being a Solitary. Read a bit, try it out, burn your fingers, dust them off, readdapt and try again.  Needless to say my guides and guardian works overtime but it is worth it.  Rules are simple - Be serious but have some fun while being respectful to all who live on our Mother Earth and respect the environment that gives us life.  Its a working "religion" so its fluid and open to change - blessed be and welcome to the newcomers.

Hey, my name is Erica. Throughout the years I've had trouble finding a religion I felt comfortable with, until recently. I've been doing research on paganism and meditated to see whether or not this was the relgion for me. The answer was obvious, yes. I have always found myself attracted to magic. I do read tarot cards and they have always been correct. Now I want to learn more and practice more and embrace the universe. :)

Hi Everyone - Thank you for joining... make sure to introduce yourself a little bit more than "I'm new"... and please look around in the groups and discussions on the rest of this site for people doing and writing about what you are interested in... Thanks!

Hello I've read a few books and was active in magick for a few years but I never learned the basics or the cycles and rythems and then I put it on the back burner because of personal problems and now I think it's time to learn and do things right.  I'm undisplined in these matters and unkown of protocal so if I mess up please be patient with me.  Thank you
